Landschaftsgestaltung I
Landscaping I, in German, is the first of a series of instrumental images (Landscaping II for Symphony Orchestra, Landscaping II for flute, viola, piano and electronic device), where the idea of plans and spaces of a landscape is musically interpreted.
In this first piece of the series, this “imaginary landscape” is seen in three different moments, mainly through a fog, where just shades and parts can be seen. Slowly, this fog leaves and the landscape completely appears. At the end, there is just one memory left, once again there are shades and parts, but of another nature.
